Pale straw in colour, with green hues. Delicate aromas of nectarine, lemon meringue and cinnamon. The palate is linear with all the fruit flavours and complex characters tightly pulled in and heightened by delicate minerality and a good acid structure. The wine has a creamy softness and the light touch of oak and acid structure will see the wine develop further richness over the next 3 years, and still be drinking well in 10 years.
